Creature’s Delivery / Assembly Service
How the delivery works:
Below are the base delivery charges
The more you spend the less the delivery charge is:
- 10% of your total invoice (less tax) is deducted from the from the base delivery charge.
- Example, If you live in Esquimalt, and you spent $200.00,
- 10% of invoice total is $20.00, in this case your delivery is $5.00.
When can I expect my delivery:
- Delivers are usually after 7pm.
- Please allow up to 24 hrs for most deliveries, in the city of Victoria.
- Please allow up to 48 hrs for most deliveries, outside the city of Victoria.
- A delivery time is established via phone with the customer. If you cannot be home at the time of delivery, we will leave at a pre-designated place, if you are not home when we delivery and a pre-designated place was not set we will bring it back to the store.
The fine print:
- Unattended deliveries are left at your risk.
- One discounted delivery per invoice.
- Delivery is to your address, and may not include inside your residence. Please inquire on large items.
- Delivery does not include set up or unpacking, however this service is available see below.

Area: City of Victoria
- $15.00 Base Delivery (less 10% of invoice pre-tax total)
Area: Cities of Colwood, Esquimalt & Langford.
- $25.00 Base Delivery (less 10% of invoice pre-tax total)
Area: Cities of Oak Bay, Saanich & View Royal.
- $30.00 Base Delivery (less 10% of invoice pre-tax total)
Area: Cities of Central Saanich, Highlands & Metchosin.
- $50.00 Base Delivery (less 10% of invoice pre-tax total)
Area: Cities of North Saanich, Sooke & Sidney.
- $75.00 Base Delivery (less 10% of invoice pre-tax total)
Assembly/Set up service charge:
Prices indicated are assembled at Creatures store with 24 hrs notification. Components are paid for prior to assembly. Fully assembled components can be delivered, rates are as above.
- Free: all wire cages (budgie, cockatiel, and rodent) assembled at Creatures with 24 hrs notice.
- $25.00 large metal cages, Ferret, Chinchilla, Large Parrott.
- $25.00 aquarium cabinets up to 30 gallon.
- $50.00 for aquarium cabinets over 31 gallons.
- Price on Request, for Aquariums, Terrariums, or any other products.
