Creature’s Guarantees

Food: Satisfaction Guarantee

Purpose:

  • Creature’s 100% satisfaction food guarantee is to allow the customer to try a variety of foods for their pets risk free.
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied bring it back.

Customer Requirements:

  • You will need your Proof of purchase*.
  • Original packaging with barcode must be returned with about 75% of the food.

Limitations:

  • Limited to the replacement of a different food or store credit.
  • With 90 days of purchase.
  • Product cannot be expired.
  • Frozen fish food is not included.
  • Feeder animals (animals used as food) are not included.

*Proof of Purchase:

  • Till receipt, Credit Card or Debit receipt.
  • Lost receipt? Tell us the date of purchase & method of payment (cash, debit or credit card). We may be able to look up your receipt.
